Quick note: If you want a quick sound before/after comparison scroll to the last 45 seconds. Majority of music is from DJ Bahler, you should check him out…you’ll thank me later. I made this to hopefully help anybody out that is looking at replacing their stock Intake or Muffler/Exhaust in their Jeep Wrangler. This install is on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport. I utilized the wranglerforum.com, jeepforum.com, jeepz.com, youtube; as well as a great writeup with video on over 8 types of exhaust from jpmagazine.com. I don’t have much detail on the intake install ’cause it’s so fast and fairly easy. You don’t need specialized tools for this, but you will need a reciprocating saw, pneumatic impact wrench and jack (in my opinion) to replace the exhaust. I purchased both my aFe Power Stage 2 Cold Air Intake (51-10142) & Banks Monster Exhaust System (51314) on Amazon. I’m not sure anybody will actually view this, but if you do: A. I’m from Texas, I can’t do anything about the accent. B. I’m obviously not a professional, so correct terminology, spelling, etc aren’t my strong suits. C. This was all shot on my iPhone, sorry if the quality is not the best. D. Someone always knows how to do it better, so my advice, ignorance, etc is not the end all be all. If you have any questions feel free to ask. My next projects are installing ORO Litedots & DDM Tuning HID conversions.
